Return Process

  Log into your TONS Shop account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed packing slip provided in your email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
